Welcome to Concord Elementary School where students and staff are on a learning journey as an International Baccalaureate candidate school.  Concord is an award winning kindergarten through fifth grade elementary school with high academic standards.  Concord serves over 750 students who score well on state tests and make us proud of their accomplishments.

Concord provides a variety of ongoing activities to support the curriculum.  These include Writers' Guild, Math Club, Science Club, and many school-wide reading activities.  

Concord's art, music, and physical education programs enhance the academic program through innovative offerings such as Art Club, Kids on Key, Happy Hive Singers, and Running Club.  Concord's guidance program offers classroom guidance as well as sponsoring the Student Council and service learning opportunities.

Concord is located in the city of Anderson in a residential community that's supportive of education.  The PTA continues its tradition of 100% membership for forty-seven consecutive years.  Concord and the community work diligently together to support the American Heart Association's Jump Rope for Heart, the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, and the local United Way Campaign.  In conjunction with the Kiwanis Club, Concord recognizes "Terrific Kids" monthly.

Concord has a long tradition of excellence.  This is largely due to a dedicated administration, staff, and community committed to children.
