I am very excited to be at Concord Elementary School this year as your Assistant Principal. Concord has an outstanding reputation and I am honored to now be a part of your team. My son, Ben, finished Concord last year and my daughter, Shelby, will be in the 3rd Grade. I can attest to the quality of instruction and the high level of expectations at Concord through their experiences here.
This will be my 19th year in education and my 15th as an administrator. I have also worked in Anderson Districts 3 & 4 along with my 17 years in District 5. I graduated from the University of South Carolina and received my graduate degree from Furman University. During my teaching career I also coached football at Lakeside Middle School and tennis at Westside High School. My wife, Angie, is the Co-Director of the Pre-School Program at Boulevard Baptist Church, where we are active members.
